You can choose the interval (decimal days) between each line. Note that the date/time is relative to your setting. The default will be your timezone. However, if you wish the output to start right at 00hr UTC, then on the main window you should switch from LCL to UTC by double clicking on the LCL label. Then call up the Schedule/Table window and begin your list.
Libration, elongation and illumination values are topocentric, but colongitude is independent of the observer.
