With the September 27, 2005 release of Lunar Calculator v2.3, your language files need updating. Here is the master English file: lc_eng.txt and lclang.txt
English only users can use lclang.txt directly. See note below regarding lclang.txt.
Italiano! lc_ital.txt September 27, 2005. Thanks to Luciano Senes.
Deutcsh! lcdeut.txt September 27, 2005. Thanks to Thomas Stebler
Français! lc_fra.txt September 27, 2005. C'est mon essai. Pardon pour les erreurs. Informez-moi svp.
Please note that the newest additions have not yet been translated, so you will see some English especially in those sections.
There are 2 language files in the Lunar Calculator home directory (default is C:\Program Files\Lunar Calculator ....): 1) "lclang.txt" and 2) "lc_eng.txt".
"lclang.txt" is the file that LunarCal uses at each start up. "lc_eng.txt" is the backup original file in English.
If you are downloading one of the files above, save it and rename it "lclang.txt"
If you are translating the file, work directly on "lclang.txt", remembering that to see the changes you must exit and restart LunarCal. Once finished, make a copy of your language file and rename it to something obvious like "lc_ital.txt" (for italian) and email it to me to post on this web page. Make yourself a backup too.
Another (small) file is used in Lunar Calculator requires translation. Here is the explanatory note for the hotkeys:
LChotkeys.txt
FutColH.txt is no longer required because I am now using a more accurate algorithm for future colongitude.
Use notepad or your favorite editor to replace the english phrase or label with one from your language: e.g. for German:
201, "Lon"
202, "Size"
substitute in
201, "Länge"
202, "Größe"
modified: 965, " >= Moon Illum % <= " Additions since 2.2: 90, "Navigation box" 440, "Label Mare" 441, "Label IKW features" 442, "Choose Font of Feature Label" 443, "View Scale" 444, "IKW Lunar Features" 445, "Mare Features" 980, "Point 1 to" 981, "Point 2 distance" 982, "Distance between the two points is:" 983, "Deg" 394, "Floating Scale Color" 395, "Navigation Box Color" 396, "Number of Scale Rings"
For the lines like 726, "NAME LAT LON LENGTH(km)" please keep the spacing so that columns line up!
