trained in a variety of treatment approaches and the approach I
select depends on the issues you as my client bring to the session.
Examples of treatment approaches are: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
(CBT), Short-Term Solution Focused, and Existential, (the meaning
behind the problem). I have also facilitated groups to deal with
depression and self-esteem.

I am a facilitator in this process, helping clients learn how their
behaviours affect how they think and feel. Behaviour change is the
key to resolving most issues.
