the senior instructor for the Academy under Sifu
Lewadny. Also known as 'Dai Sihing'

Level 10 (2 stripes)

Training 14
Experience Currently in his 14th year of training
with the Academy, Frank has been training on & off in
martial arts since he was 10 years old. Past training
has included Judo, Shotokan Karate and White Crane
Kung Fu.
Favorite
technique Pak sao, pak sao cheun sao, lop sao front kick
to hook kick and follow up.
