At Chain Reaction we carry only equipment we ourselves use, have used or would use. We don't ride crap, why should you?
While there are plenty of bike manufacturers out there we only carry NORCO
and SPECIALIZED
bikes. Between these companies we have endless options in our effort to
sell you the right bike at the right price.
On top of the Manufacturers warranty you will get free tune ups for a year
and free cable adjustments for as long as you own the bike.

- Knowledge: We know our bikes because we ride, race and live bikes. We have the knowledge and experience to sell you a bike that is right for you and we will put on on a bike that fits you
- Quality: Because we ride , we only carry bike lines that we know, trust and choose to ride ourselves. Selling bad product is bad for business.....
- Assembly: Bikes are only partially assembled at the factory and need to be completely built after they leave the warehouse. Wouldn't you rather put your safety in the hands of trained and experienced mechanics.... rather than the kid selling potting soil?
- Service: Like a car, bikes require a small amount of regular maintenance to run smoothly. We will take care of keeping your bike running so you need only focus on your ride. Plus, buy from us and you get free tune ups for a year.
- Warranty: We deal only with bike brands that stand behind their quality products with great replacement policy.
- Accessories: We love bikes so much that we would be remiss if we did not also stock all the accessories needed to make your biking experience great.
- Parts: When something breaks or becomes worn out we have the replacement parts to repair the problem. If we don't have the item you need we can order it for you , often with overnight delivery.
