2008 Tournament Policies

General

All Tournaments formats must be authorized by “The Bridges G.C.”
A Maximum of 4 players per tee time. Exceptions must be approved by management.
Tournaments will reserve, and pay for, full tee times. No shows and late cancellations will be charged.
Minimum number of tee times will be 5 (20 players).
Morning Shot Gun starts are available for groups of 72 or greater. (exceptions may be made)
Afternoon shotgun starts are available for 100 players or more and at management’s discretion.
Afternoon shotguns will start between 1:00 and 2:00 pm.
Morning Shotguns will start between 8:00 and 9:00 am.
The tournament accepts responsibility for any damages to golf carts and facilities of “The Bridges G.C.”
Tournament Coordinator is responsible for making sure participants understand rules and regulations.
Player’s names (arranged in foursomes) must be to Pro Shop at least 48 hours prior to the tournament.
The on course skills events should be to the Pro Shop at least 48 hours prior to the tournament.
Course management must approve any outside agency involved in the tournament.
“The Bridges G.C.” management must approve all course and clubhouse signage.
No alcohol or food may be brought onto golf course property unless purchased from The Bridges G.C.

Deposit
All groups must have a deposit of 20% of the tournament package chosen to confirm a tournament date.
The deposit will be applied to the tournament cost at time of payment.

Payment
Number of players and full payment must be made 7 days in advance of the tournament.

All outstanding balances must be paid at the conclusion of the tournament. Credit Card Required.

Cancellations
Tournaments will be deemed playable unless course management closes the course. In the event of closure
and at the discretion of course management, the golfing portion of the tournament will be rescheduled;
funds reimbursed or gift certificates given. The banquet portion will be held regardless of weather unless
suitable alternative arrangements can be made with course management.

Refunds
If tournament cancels from 16 or more days in advance: All funds are refundable.
If tournament cancels from 7 to 15 days in advance: Deposit is forfeited.
If tournament cancels from 5 days or less in advance: 50% of funds are refundable.


2008 Tournament Rates

Weekday packages:
Monday - Fridays: 18 Holes
Packages - 20 – 40 players: $54 per person: Includes golf, Cart and $7.00 prize allowance.
40 – 80 players: $52 per person: Includes golf, Cart and $7.00 prize allowance.
80 + players: $50 per person: Includes golf, Cart and $7.00 prize allowance.

Weekend packages:
Saturdays & Sundays: 18 Holes
Packages - 20 – 40 players: $63 per person: Includes golf, Cart and $7.00 prize allowance.
- 40 – 80 players: $61 per person: Includes golf, Cart and $7.00 prize allowance.
- 80 + players: $59 per person: Includes golf, Cart and $7.00 prize allowance.


- Power Cart Prices are $32 for 18 holes. $16 per player
- If more than 25 are needed a fleet can be arranged. Price of carts will change when fleet is brought in.
- Club rentals $14
- GST is included
- 9 Hole Tournament rates are available. (must be tee times)


Notes:
Any members of the Bridges at Claresholm Golf Club will pay $20 less than tournament prices.
Hole in one prize packages are available for purchase through Pro Shop. Can be worked out as a small surcharge to per player rate or if a company or individual would like to cover the cost.
Corporate purchases for tournaments such as logo golf balls, hats, shirts or any other golf related item can be purchased through Pro Shop. Talk to Lyle if interested.
Prices may be negotiable pending circumstances.
1st Tee give away packages are available inquire in Pro Shop.
