Two affidavits list children with different dates. January 27, 1909 he made affidavit ages 72 from Ross Co., Ohio, resident Jackson Co., po Richmond Dale. He applied for a pension as early as September 12, 1863 from Jackson Co., Ohio because of stiffened fingers etc. as a result of wounds.
