     Luce Nadeau (Narbon) was the daughter of Joseph Nadeau and Marthe Lacomble. Luce died. She married Jacques Couture on 20 September 1823.¹ As of 20 September 1823,her married name was Couture (Narbon).

     Pierre Audet dit Lapointe was the son of Pierre Audet and Desanges Blain. Pierre died. According to the Institut Genealogique Drouin in Montreal, the name Lapointe was born when three family members in France lived in houses that formed a triangle. People who visited the family located at the tip of the triangle would say they were going to "la pointe" which means the point. The family took the name and later one of the members emigrated to Canada. Nicolas Audet was "confirmed" by famous Mgr. de Laval in Quebec on March 23, 1664 and worked in the honorable position of doorman at the episcopal residence.¹ He married Josette Huet at Saint-Famille Church, Boucherville, Chambly Co., Quebec, Canada, on 19 July 1825.²
