     Elizabeth was born at Howard Lake, Wright Co., Minnesota, USA, on 18 June 1890. She was the daughter of Elmer Crease Bowman and Jane Fraser McVeety. She married Chester Orlo Tanner M.D. on 21 April 1917. As of 21 April 1917,her married name was Tanner. Elizabeth died on 24 May 1927 at San Diego, San Diego Co., California, USA, at age 36.

     Leroy William Bowman was born in June 1892 at Howard Lake, Wright County, Minnesota, USA.¹ He was the son of Elmer Crease Bowman and Jane Fraser McVeety. Leroy William Bowman married Bernice Lucia Blase, daughter of Wesley Charles Blase and Blanche L. Willey, on 9 August 1919.¹ He was raised in a Quaker community. In the early 1900's his parents moved to Minneapolis with his sisters, Elizabeth and Ethel May and his grandfather, Levi Reynolds.

After the start of World War One, he enlisted and served until discharged after the war.

Leroy Senior was employed as a manager in the insurance industry. He died while hospitalized for a bleeding ulcer in Wausau, Wisconsin on July 5, 1947. He is buried in Lakewood Cemetery in Minneapolis, MN.¹

     She married Douglas M. Campbell USN. Her married name was Campbell. Ethel was born at Middleville, Wright Co., Minnesota, USA, on 16 May 1901. She was the daughter of Elmer Crease Bowman and Jane Fraser McVeety. Ethel died on 14 March 1977 at San Diego, San Diego Co., California, USA, at age 75.

     He married Elizabeth Fraser.

     She married David McVeety. Her married name was McVeety.

     Martha J. Workman was the daughter of Rankin Workman and Nancy Collins. Her body was interred at Howard Lake, Wright Co., Minnesota, USA, at Sylvan Cemetary. She married Ethelbert (Bert) Bowman at Minneapolis, Hennepin Co., Minnesota, USA, on 12 December 1902. As of 12 December 1902,her married name was Bowman. Martha died on 16 January 1936.

     He married Nancy Collins.

     She married Rankin Workman. Her married name was Workman.

     She married Ralph Raymond Bowman. Her married name was Bowman. Anna was born on 13 August 1906. Anna died on 16 June 1983 at Eveleth, St. Louis Co., Minnesota, USA, at age 76.

     He served in the navy in World War II. H was a heavy equipment operator in Bowman Construction, International Falls, MN. Robert loved hunting, fishing, gardening, cooking and canning. Robert was divorced from Viola Johnson. Robert was born on 22 October 1927. He was the son of Ralph Raymond Bowman and Anna Williams. He married Viola Johnson on 26 September 1947. Robert died on 15 March 1992 at age 64. He passed away in the Falls Memorial Hospital..

     Delbert was born at Baudette, Lake of the Woods Co., Minnesota, USA, on 5 November 1936. He was the son of Ralph Raymond Bowman and Anna Williams. Delbert died on 2 May 1983 at Iron, St. Louis Co., Minnesota, USA, at age 46. His body was interred on 5 May 1983 at Eveleth Cemetary.

     Ralph was born on 26 October 1943. He was the son of Ralph Raymond Bowman and Anna Williams. Ralph died on 17 January 1960 at Eveleth, St. Louis Co., Minnesota, USA, at age 16.

     Donald died in February 1933. Donald was born in February 1933. He was the son of Ivy May Bowman.

     Chester Orlo Tanner M.D. was the son of Stephen Douglas Tanner and Martha Lidke. Chester died. He married Elizabeth Clementine Bowman on 21 April 1917.

     He married Ethel May Bowman.

     Her body was interred at Sylvan Cemetary. Marion was born on 10 June 1931. She was the daughter of Douglas M. Campbell USN and Ethel May Bowman. Marion died on 15 June 1931 at age 0.

     Erland died on 14 January 1963 at age 0. Erland was born on 14 January 1963.

     Viola was divorced from Robert Ellis Bowman. Viola was born on 21 September 1929. She married Robert Ellis Bowman on 26 September 1947. As of 26 September 1947,her married name was Bowman. Viola died on 24 January 1975 at age 45.

     He served in the Navy between 1972 and 1976. He was a self-employed carpenter in Rainy River, Ontario.

He loved hunting, fishing, traveling and spending time with family and friends. James was born at Eveleth, St. Louis Co., Minnesota, USA, on 17 February 1955. He was the son of Robert Ellis Bowman and Viola Johnson. James died on 11 February 1990 at age 34.

     Richard was born on 8 January 1937. Richard died on 18 June 1996 at age 59.

     Samuel died at Randolph Co., North Carolina, USA. Samuel was born at Pasquotank Co., North Carolina, USA, on 27 October 1742. He was the son of Gideon Bundy and Miriam Bogue. He married Huldah Hill at Center Monthly Meeting, Guilford Co., North Carolina, USA, on 7 April 1763. This marriage is also listed as taking place March 9, 1763 in Center MM, Guilford Co., North Carolina..

     Huldah was born at Pasquotank Co., North Carolina, USA, on 18 September 1737. She was the daughter of Aaron Hill and Margaret Chappell. She married Samuel Bundy at Center Monthly Meeting, Guilford Co., North Carolina, USA, on 7 April 1763. This marriage is also listed as taking place March 9, 1763 in Center MM, Guilford Co., North Carolina.. As of 7 April 1763,her married name was Bundy. Huldah died on 19 September 1817 at Randolph Co., North Carolina, USA, at age 80.

     Thomas and Ann were residents of Surry County, North Carolina, within that portion that subsequently became Guilford County in 1771. This family was Quaker, attending the New Garden Monthly Meeting in Surry and later Guilford Counties, North Carolina.

An ancestral file at the LDS web site also lists Ann Hunt as a spouse, married about 1760. Thomas was born at Nottingham Township, Chester Co., Pennsylvania, USA, on 1 January 1723. He was the son of William Hunt and Mary Woolman. He married Mary Ann Beals in 1740. His body was interred in September 1763 at Surry Co., North Carolina, USA, at New Garden MM. Thomas died on 15 September 1763 at Rowan Co., North Carolina, USA, at age 40.

     Mary was the second daughter. They were members of the Fairfax Monthy Meeting in Loudon County, Virginia in 1749. The Hunts moved to North Carolina about 1750, residing in Alamance County in 1751 before settling in Surry (later Guilford) County in 1754. She married William Baldwin. Her married name was Baldwin. Mary was born circa 1719. She was the daughter of John Beals II and Sarah Bowater. She married Thomas J. Hunt in 1740. As of 1740,her married name was Hunt. Mary died on 10 July 1790 at Guilford Co., North Carolina, USA.

     William was born circa 1690. He was the son of Jacob Hunt and Margaret Pearson. He married Mary Woolman on 14 February 1720. William died circa 1745.

     Mary was born at Burlington, Burlington Co., New Jersey, USA, on 7 March 1692. She was the daughter of John Woolman and Elizabeth Borton. She married William Hunt on 14 February 1720. As of 14 February 1720,her married name was Hunt. Mary died circa 1745.

     Living near Harper's Ferry, Virginia around 1730, John Beals II was one of the founders of the Society of Friends within the colony of Virginia. John was born at Chester, Delaware Co., Pennsylvania, USA, on 3 March 1686. He was the son of John Beals and Mary Clayton. He married Sarah Bowater at Chester Monthly Meeting, Chester Co., Pennsylvania, USA, on 14 November 1711. John died on 12 December 1745 at Cold Springs, Pocahontas Co., West Virginia, USA, at age 59.

     Sarah was born at West Chester, Chester Co., Pennsylvania, USA, on 17 August 1688. She was the daughter of Thomas Bowater and Sarah Edge. She married John Beals II at Chester Monthly Meeting, Chester Co., Pennsylvania, USA, on 14 November 1711. As of 14 November 1711,her married name was Beals. Sarah died on 26 October 1777 at Monacacy, Fredricks Co., Pennsylvania, USA, at age 89.

     John was a member of the Provincial Council and an Acting Governor of Pennsylvania in 1684-85. He was also a member of the Governor's Council during the drafting of the Great Charter and one of the first judges of Philadelphia. John was born at England in 1650. He was the son of Thomas Beals. He married Mary Clayton at Maryland, USA, in 1682. John died in 1726.
