He married Sarah Edge at Edgemont, Chester Co., Pennsylvania, USA, on 4 October 1685. Thomas died in October 1686 at New Garden MM, Guilford Co., North Carolina, USA, at age 31.

     Sarah was born at St. Andrews, Holborne, Middlesex, England, in July 1657. She was the daughter of John Edge and Jane (?). She married Thomas Bowater at Edgemont, Chester Co., Pennsylvania, USA, on 4 October 1685. As of 4 October 1685,her married name was Bowater. Sarah died on 26 April 1692 at Chester Co., Pennsylvania, USA, at age 34.

     Elizabeth unknown was born circa 1812 at North Carolina, USA.¹ Her married name was Neugen. She married Levi Neugen. Elizabeth unknown witnessed the census 1850 - free of Levi Neugen.¹

     William was born circa 1757. He was the son of Thomas J. Hunt and Mary Ann Beals. He married an unknown person at Guilford Co., North Carolina, USA, circa 1783. William died on 28 March 1791 at Guilford Co., North Carolina, USA.

     She was the youngest daughter, born after her father's death. Ann died. Ann was born on 22 February 1764. She was the daughter of Thomas J. Hunt and Mary Ann Beals. She married Jacob Rogers on 2 May 1788. As of 2 May 1788,her married name was Rogers.

     Ann was born circa 1760. She married Isom Hunt at New Garden MM, Guilford Co., North Carolina, USA, on 9 January 1781. As of 9 January 1781,her married name was Hunt. Ann died before 1793.

     Rachel Hunt and Allen Hunt were twins. Rachel was born at Guilford Co., North Carolina, USA, on 6 March 1783. She was the daughter of Isom Hunt and Ann Moon. She married John Beals on 30 September 1801. As of 30 September 1801,her married name was Beals. Rachel died on 13 July 1847 at Hendricks Co., Indiana, USA, at age 64.

     John Beals was the son of John Beals and Susanna Johnson. The name may have been Bales or Bailes.

John and Rachel moved from New Garden Monthly Meeting to Springfield Monthly Meeting in 1816, and in 1830 moved to White Lick Monthly Meeting in Morgan County, Indiana with their children, Lydia, Bowater, John and William, where they were received on February 13, 1830. John died. He married Rachel Hunt on 30 September 1801.
