And so that she shall not in anywise dispose of or offer the same by sale mortgage charge or otherwise in the way of anticipation. And in default of such direction or appointment into her own hands for her own use & benefit to … and so that the same may be for the sole separate & peculiar use & benefit of my said daughter Sophia Style independently & exclusively of her said present & any future husband & so that the same may not be in any wise subject or liable to the debts …. Interference or engagements of her said present or any future husband & after the decease of my said daughter Sophia Style & upon trust that they the said Charles Richard & William Webster & the survivors & survivor of them & the executors administrators & assigns of such survivor do & shall pay transfer & assign the said trust moneys stocks funds & securities to all & every the children & child of my said daughter Sophia Style either by her present or any future husband who being a son or sons shall attain the age of 21 years or being a daughter or daughters shall attain that age or be married to be divided between or amongst them if more than one in equal parts shares & proportions & if but one the whole to that one child & the interest dividends & annual proceeds of the …. share of same such child to be during its suspense of working applied to or towards his or her maintenance education & support. And in case my said daughter Sophia Style shall have no child or children who under the trust aforesaid shall become entitled to the said last mentioned trust monies stocks funds or securities or any part or share thereof then upon trust to pay transfer & assign the whole of the said last mentioned trust monies stocks funds & securities to the said Robert Style for his own absolute use & benefit in case he shall survive my said daughter but if not & my said daughter shall have married again then to any other taken husbands of my said daughter in the same manner. And in case my said daughter shall depart this life without leaving any children or child or any husband her surviving then upon trust to pay transfer & assign the same to my nearest of kin in the same manner & proportions as her same would go & be distributable according to the statute for the distribution of intestates effects.1 John died on 2 January 1850 at age 86. He was buried on 8 January 1850 at Burnham, Buckinghamshire, England; His age was listed as 87 in the Burial Register.2 The 1839 Robson Directory of Buckinghamshire listed a John Webster as a Grass Seedsman in Burnham. On his son William's marriage certificate he was listed as a Corn Factor of Burnham, Bucks.

And as to the other or remaining ninth part thereof I give & bequeath the same unto each of the said Charles Webster Richard Webster & William Webster their executors administrators & assigns upon trust to lay out & invest the same in their names in the purchase of Government or real securities in England at interest or upon such personal security at interest as they my said trustees shall approve & stand & be possessed thereof upon the several trusts & to & for the several & interests & purposes for the benefit of my said daughter Maria the wife of the said Thomas Johnson & her issue & failing of such issue for her said present or any after taken husband as are hereinafter mentioned expressed & declared of & remaining the same. Also I give & devise unto my son Richard Webster (in addition to the advancements of money already made to him in my lifetime & to the bequests contained in this my will) all that piece or parcel of meadow or pasture land situated lying & being in Foulton Head in the parish of Cookham in the county of Berks now in the occupation of him my said son & containing by estimation one acre (be the same more or less) to hold the same to him my said son Richard Webster & his heirs & assigns for ever. Also I give & devise unto my said son William Webster (in addition to my old established business as a corn dealer with my stock & utensils in trade which I have already relinquished in his favour besides the advancements of money which I have made to him & the bequests contained in this my will) all that my messuage or tenement with the yard garden warehouse granaries stables & other erections & buildings & about 2 acres of land situated at Burnham aforesaid now in my own occupation & on part of which premises my said son William now carries on the said trade or business to hold the same unto him my said son William Webster his sons & assigns forever to & for his & their own proper use thereof & benefit upon condition that he my said son so & shall within 12 calendar months after my decease well & truly pay or caused to be paid unto my trustees hereinafter named the sum of seven hundred pounds of lawful money of the UK of GB & Ireland present in England & of the trust fund hereinafter directed to be raised by them by the sale of the residue of my real estates. Also I give & divise unto my 3 sons Charles Richard & William Webster all the rest residue & remainder of my messuages lands tenements hereditaments & real estate at Cippenham in the parish of Burnham aforesaid or elsewhere which I shall be possessed of or interested in at the time of my decease including my said messuage or tenement & buildings lands hereditaments & premises at Burnham aforesaid now in my own occupation in case my said son William shall refuse or neglect to pay the said sum of seven hundred pounds to my trustees within the period hereinsofar prescribed for that purpose (but excepting the said piece or parcel of land in the said parish of Cookham hereinbefore devised to my said son Richard) to hold the same (except as before excepted) unto & to the use of them my said sons Charles Richard & William Webster & the survivors & survivor of them & the heirs & assigns of such survivor upon trust that they the said Charles Richard & William Webster & the survivors & survivor of them & their heirs & assigns of such survivor so & shall as soon as conveniently may or can be after my decease absolutely sell & dispose of my said real estates (including my said estate at Burnham in case my said son William shall not pay the sum of 7 hundred pounds in manner hereinbefore mentioned but excepting my land at Cookham as aforesaid) either altogether or in parcels by public auction or by private contract to any person or persons willing to …. the purchaser or purchasers thereof respectively for such price or prices or sum or sums of money to the said Charles Richard & William Webster or the survivor or survivors of them or their heirs executors or administrators or assigns of such survivor shall seem reasonable & for promoting or facilitating such sale or sales shall so & enter into make & execute all sure contents conveyances securities assurities & such matters & things which to my said trustees or the survivors or survivor of them or their heirs or assigns of such survivor shall seem reasonable. And so I hereby will & direct that the person or persons who shall agree to become the purchaser or purchasers of all or any part of the said messuages lands tenements hereditatments & premises under the trusts hereintofore … and shall pay …. or shall purchase money or any part thereof unto the said Charles Richard & William Webster or to the survivor of them or executors administrators or assigns of such survivor shall not be obliged or required to see to the application of the same money or any part thereof nor be answerable nor be accountable for the misapplication or non application of the same. And that all & every the receipt & receipts that shall be given for the said purchase money or any part thereof by the said Charles Richard & William Webster or the survivors or survivor of them or the heirs executors administrators or assigns of such survivor shall be good & effectual dischargers for the money which shall be therein or thereby expressed to be or have been received. And I hereby will & direct that the said Charles Richard & William Webster & the survivors & survivor of them & their heirs executors administrators or assigns of such survivor go & shall stand & be possessed of & interested in the money to arise & be produced by the said sale or sales (including the said sum of seven hundred pounds in case my said son William shall pay the same to my said trustees pursuant to the condition hereinbefore annexed to the devise of my said estate at Burnham to him my said son but if not then including the purchase money which may be paid for same by the purchaser or purchasers thereof) and of the rents & profits of the said messuages lands tenements hereditatments & premises in the mean time until such sale or sales shall be made & effected. And as far as regards my estate at Burnham & until the said sum of 7 hundred pounds shall be paid according to the condition hereinbefore contained in default thereof until that said sale or sales shall be effected upon trust to pay out ninth part or share thereof to my son Charles Webster his executors or administrators & assigns to & for his own & their own absolute use & benefit. One other ninth part or share thereof to my son Henry Webster his executors administrators & assigns to & for his & their own absolute use & benefit. One other ninth part or share thereof to my son John Hearne Webster his executors administrators & assigns & for his & their own absolute use & benefit. One other ninth part or share thereof to my son Richard Webster his executors administrators & assigns & for his & their own absolute use & benefit. One other ninth part or share thereof to my son Thomas Webster his executors administrators & assigns & for his & their own absolute use & benefit. And so that she shall not in anywise dispose of or offer the same by sale mortgage charge or otherwise in the way of anticipation. And in default of such direction or appointment into her own hands for her own use & benefit to … and so that the same may be for the sole separate & peculiar use & benefit of my said daughter Sophia Style independently & exclusively of her said present & any future husband & so that the same may not be in any wise subject or liable to the debts …. Interference or engagements of her said present or any future husband & after the decease of my said daughter Sophia Style & upon trust that they the said Charles Richard & William Webster & the survivors & survivor of them & the executors administrators & assigns of such survivor do & shall pay transfer & assign the said trust moneys stocks funds & securities to all & every the children & child of my said daughter Sophia Style either by her present or any future husband who being a son or sons shall attain the age of 21 years or being a daughter or daughters shall attain that age or be married to be divided between or amongst them if more than one in equal parts shares & proportions & if but one the whole to that one child & the interest dividends & annual proceeds of the …. share of same such child to be during its suspense of working applied to or towards his or her maintenance education & support. And in case my said daughter Sophia Style shall have no child or children who under the trust aforesaid shall become entitled to the said last mentioned trust monies stocks funds or securities or any part or share thereof then upon trust to pay transfer & assign the whole of the said last mentioned trust monies stocks funds & securities to the said Robert Style for his own absolute use & benefit in case he shall survive my said daughter but if not & my said daughter shall have married again then to any other taken husbands of my said daughter in the same manner. And in case my said daughter shall depart this life without leaving any children or child or any husband her surviving then upon trust to pay transfer & assign the same to my nearest of kin in the same manner & proportions as her same would go & be distributable according to the statute for the distribution of intestates effects.1 John died on 2 January 1850 at age 86. He was buried on 8 January 1850 at Burnham, Buckinghamshire, England; His age was listed as 87 in the Burial Register.2 The 1839 Robson Directory of Buckinghamshire listed a John Webster as a Grass Seedsman in Burnham. On his son William's marriage certificate he was listed as a Corn Factor of Burnham, Bucks.

As of 7 May 1776,her married name was Bayley. Frances was a domestic partner of John Edgson in 1790. As of 1790,her married name was Edgson. She married John Webster on 29 August 1796. As of 29 August 1796,her married name was Webster. Frances died on 10 October 1801.
