Calgary to Canmore via the super slab is largely an unremarkable stretch of road. The straight, flat divided highway gave me a chance to catch up on the morning news on the radio and warm up the bike.
Canmore is nestled in the foothills backed right up to the mountains and the National Park. If I could find work there, I'd be moving in a flash.
Wanting to pound some miles I snapped a quick shot from my fuel stop. Next time I am here I'll post a few pictures to truly illustrate what a cool little Hamlet this is.
