Ever wake up knowing you will have a terrific day?
You wake up refreshed after sleeping in. You brew the perfect cup of coffee and read nothing but good news in the morning paper.
The temperature of the water in your morning shower is just right.
Then while driving to the grocery store to do a little shopping your favorite song is playing on the radio. A songbird flies along side of the open window and starts singing along with the tune.
This day was such a day.
The weather is perfect for a ride and although I had no destination in mind and no timetable to keep I gassed up the Antique Virago and headed West.
First Stop is Morley Flats
Hard to believe that 20,000 years ago this exact spot was covered by 600 meters of ice.
And yet today Sunny and Warm!
