updated on 01/07/2008 Here is a simple toy idea that I have come up with that is simple to make and your tiels will have a blast with. Wreath N Sticks
materials:
Cut various lengths of hemp rope and tie a dowel on each end of the of the rope as shown below (I used two pliers to make sure the knots were tight).
Do as many of these as desired, then tie these rope to the mini wreath. Next, take two more pieces of rope and tie them on to the wreath at opposite ends of the wreath. String the beads on and tie the ropes together. Last add a quick link for hanging. My tiels loved this toy. I swear they played with it all day long until it was shredded to pieces. |
