Lombardi Family has been working since 1894 in the wine sector and hasalways been producing the wines of the Lazio tradition.
Nowadays at the direction of the company there is the new generation with the brothers Benedetto and Cesare, who, thanks to the strong familiar tradition, decided to unite innovation and quality to the old teaching handed down from their father and grandfathers.
Now they are obtaining as a result the rediscovering of ancient tastes and grapes, enhanced by the most modern methods of wine making.
Also they are guided by a strong passion for red wines, accurately made with prolonged ageing periods in order to give them a strong character and a full bodied and intense taste.
Lombardi Vini adopts criomaceration for the white wines and prolonged maceration for the red wines, which afterwards are left ripening in big oak casks or in barriques.
