Pre-Fabricated Strapping Hardware

Our machine shop is capable of manufacturing pre-fabricated hardware using standard stainless steel strapping cut to length with a tapered end and a permanently attached buckle.

This allows for quick installation, saving approximately 3 minutes per sign and reduces the number of tools needed to bring to the job site.

We have added a feature to our cutting tools which taper the ends of the banding in order to protect the installer from any sharp or jagged edges caused by cutting the strapping with basic shears.  The tapering also allows for easier entry into the bracket and the buckle when fastening.

ISO^TM Flared-Leg Bracket

This tapped bracket allows for sign installation without using a nut.  The flared-leg brackets are typically used for mounting signs on posts of 4” diameter or larger.

ISO^TM Straight-Leg Bracket

Like the flared-leg brackets, these are also tapped for your convenience in order to decrease installation times.  The straight-leg brackets are typically used for mounting signs on posts of 4” diameter or smaller.

ISO Tensioning Tool

This is a high tensioning tool for use with 1/4” to 3/4” wide strapping in thicknesses up to 0.030”.  This tool has a spin tension handle, spring-loaded gripper and a built-in cutter.  This durable tool delivers up to 2,400 lbs of torque.

ISO Ratchet Tool

This highly versatile pusher / windlass type tensioning tool with a cutter and a hammer knob for seal closing is for use with 3/8” to 3/4” wide strapping in thicknesses up to 0.030”.
