1. Insert band into buckle—ears away from installer.  Bend end of band under buckle.  Encircle object bringing band through buckle again.  You may double wrap for additional radial compression.

 

2. Insert band in tool nose slot and slide.  With thumb on band gripper lever, tighten by turning tool handle.  When band ceases moving through buckle, stop turning the handle.

 

3. Roll tool over buckle while reversing the handle one turn.

 

4. Pull handle to cut band.  Remove the tool.  Push band stub between the ears, then hammer the ears down completing the assembly.

 

The T-001 tensioning tool is used for tensioning stainless steel strapping securely to posts and includes a built-in cutter which uses a special design to form a rolled edge to produce a safe edge.

The T-101 ratchet tool is used for tensioning heavy duty stainless steel strapping to provide more torque in important situations.

The BU254/BU255/BU256 are stainless steel buckles used to securely fasten stainless steel strapping to the posts and includes two ears to hold the strap end against the post.

 

The BA204/BA205/BA206 is strapping made from stainless steel used to secure around any size or shape of post.  The edges are rolled to ensure safe handling and easy installation.  The strapping is also stamped to aid in the correct tensioning to the posts.

The SS-50 is made of aluminum and used as an end mount to secure street name signs to lamp or traffic posts.  This versatile bracket requires only one band to secure the sign providing an economical, efficient and stylish way to mount signs.

The BB-12 is a galvanized steel bracket used for mounting signs using stainless steel strapping.  The bracket is 12” long providing a secure sign stiffener to provide and extra strength backing for signs and is especially useful for mounting corrugated plastic signs.

The FB-19/SB-20 brackets are made of stainless steel with slots for strapping and a threaded mounting hole allowing the mounting of a sign without a nut.  The bracket is ribbed for extra strength and resistant against bending when securing the sign.

The LB-18 is made of stainless steel and is used for end mount of street or traffic signs to lamp or signal posts.  The brackets include two mounting holes and slots for accepting stainless steel strapping.  The bracket is ribbed to provide extra stiffness and resist against bending.

The SS-11 is a simple and economical way to mount extra traffic signs.  Made from corrosion proof aluminum, this bracket maintains a clean look.
