·        Designed and implemented a long-term aquatic-breeding amphibian monitoring program for Weyerhaeuser BC (now Western Forest Products), investigating the effects of forest harvesting on small wetland habitats and amphibian populations (2000-ongoing)

·        Coastal Tailed Frog Inventory and Habitat Assessment in the Bridge-Seton Area (BC Hydro BCRP 2009/10)

·        Impact assessment of a LNG storage facility and pipeline, including amphibian species at risk surveys, salvage operations, and wetland restoration (Terasen Gas c/o Westland Resource Group ongoing)

·        Small Wetland Inventory and Construction in the Ash River Watershed (BC Hydro BCRP 2008/09)

·       Co-editor and author of Habitat Management Guidelines for Amphibians and Reptiles of the Northwestern United States and Western Canada (Partners in Amphibian and Reptile Conservation 2008)

·       Assessment of proposed water level changes on amphibians at lakes on Vancouver Island being considered as low flow storage sites (DFO and BCCF 2007-present)

·       Amphibian biologist for BCTS - assess species at risk issues in proposed blocks; designed an assessment protocol for Coastal Tailed Frog and Red-legged Frog

·       Pre- and post-treatment study of the effects of metal contaminants on amphibians and macro-invertebrates near Campbell River, BC for the Pacific Salmon Foundation, TimberWest, and MWLAP (2006)

·        Developed a manual for the Young Naturalists Clubs of British Columbia for leaders initiating a club for children aged 10 and over (2006)

·        Trained Soohwalie band members how to survey for Coast Giant salamanders for an inventory conducted in their reserve (2004)

·        Produced an amphibian training module for the BC Wildlife Federation’s Wetland Keepers program (2003).

·        Co-developed the Best Management Practices for herpetofauna within BC for MWLAP (2003)

·        Provided information regarding BC’s amphibians for a World Wildlife Fund database of Canadian species (2003)

·        Produced a report on the effects of non-native predators on aquatic ecosystems for MWALP (2002)

·        Conducted Tailed frog surveys for Knight Piésold Inc. as part of an impact assessment regarding a green hydro project (2001)

·        Produced husbandry manuals for the Oregon Spotted Frog and Northern Leopard Frog Recovery Teams for their captive-rearing programs (2000/2001)
