Staff
- SCC has well-qualified and
experienced staff members working with the
children.
- Primary staff have the
highest qualifications as set out by the
Government of Alberta, with diplomas or degrees
in Early Childhood Education. They have their
Level 3 Advanced Qualification Certificate and
First Aid in Childcare Certificates.
- Support staff have a minimum
Level 1 Qualification and First Aid in Childcare
Certificate.
- We maintain a high
staff:child ratio, exceeding Government
standards wherever possible.
