You have to go out to the foyer with the remote control to turn on the TV's out there, the remotes are stored in the drawer under the “POWER BAR”. Channel 7 is used for PowerPoint announcements and CH 11 is used to forward the video from the stage.
Someone told me that the TV upstairs is set to Ch 11 and the rest are on Ch 7 unless someone tells you differently.
The panel above the Editor is the converter that converts the PowerPoint and Video editor signals for use in the foyer monitors. The controls for this are covered and are not meant to be touched.
