The Transmitters have a 9 V
battery that is inserted into the side. There is a sliding cover
that reveals a little line on an LCD. If the line is long, the
battery is good. We change batteries when the line is at one
half.
The Red light on the side flashes when the battery is low. It is
on solid when it is ok.
