To get to the menu's open the little door on the left side of the camera. You will see a little switch that says “Menu”, switch it to “Set”. Turn off the camera with the power switch on the left.

Now hold down the “Shift/Item” button and the “+” button at the same time and while holding, turn on the camera.

Depending on which menu that was last exited, you will see various items here. So if you were last into Level 6/6/ that is what you will see. But I will outline what all the menus are in some sort of order.

You will notice that you can change the settings with the “+” and “-“ buttons and select each line with the “Shift/Item button. The “Page button” selects the various menus themselves. I will list the values that I found on the menus at the time that I reviewed them. Also the range of values will be included in brackets after it.
