You need to be logged on as "Jayson" to get to the labels for the week.
To make labels on the computer make sure that the "Weekend" button is off (Hit "Weekdays," located above the video editor above the two strips that are the channel feeds for the TVs in the foyer) or it will end up on the screens in the foyer. If the labels have already been "created" sometimes you find them right on the desktop for that particular day ..this makes it easier.
Place the labels face up on the laser printer. Bevel to the front.
The convention is to make the TITLE IN FULL CAPITALS, as in the template. Read everything carefully before printing to ensure everything is right.
The CD label template is located there also, and is a little trickier. Take an old label sheet (Where the labels have been removed, and hold a test sheet up to the light to make sure everything lines up correctly and is balanced. The little logos are separate and can be lined up individually if required. Make sure that you do BOTH labels the same. (Dont laugh, some people miss this).
To put on the CD label, use the "CD Stomper," peel and place the label face down, then put the CD face down over the little hub, be careful to keep fingers off the CD itself. (Use the little plastic dummy CD that covers the new CDs) and push it down on the label. Then smooth it down with your fingers.
If the printer doesnt print and the little light comes on at the top with a squiggle, this means there is a paper jam. You have to open the top, remove the ink cassette, and remove the offending piece of paper. If it is still jammed, open the little door on the front of the printer, you will probably see, if paper is jammed in there. Usually you can pull this out.
