Using  Transactional Analysis

Training in Transactional Analysis is a journey of developing and professionalising your already competent self . Y0u will come to the training with a professional field of application as an educator, a counselor, a psychotherapist, a manager, a nurse, doctor, psychiatrist, a leader, an executive director, an HR professional or some other field in which you are motivated to grow and develop yourself as a person and as a professional.

Training in Transactional Analysis at The Change Institute is possible in the three Developmental TA fields of (1) organization development, (2) education and (3) counseling as well as the clinical field of psychotherapy.

The primary trainer is Lorna Johnston, BEd, MBA, CTA(O), CTA(P), TSTA. She has been examined and certified in the fields of organizational development and the clinical field of psychotherapy. In addition she is a working professional as a consultant to organizations and has a private clinical practice working with individuals, couples and families. This dual working professional life in both fields of Organizational Development and Psychotherapy contributes a unique perspective to her work and her training program.
