1. The best that happens at the brain wellness workshop today was that it overall was really exciting and useful! To be honest it was better than my expectations ... never boring which you might could fear a such quite difficult subject would be. Some of the tools to keep your brain fit I knew about before but a lot of them also were new to me. And are a gift to receive I think.
2. Very well done and please keep up your good work. You help many people and also give people a big chance to avoid problems in the future.

One simple tool will make the difference in my life - I have tested it and it works. I have a consultant business where I need to stay sharp and it's essential for my business that I can absorb and process a lot of new information. With my new tool - "cross over brain fitness" I can feel that the brain is like a muscle, use it - but don't abuse it. And with my new changed sleeping habits, I feel that the brain is up and running, when I get up in the morning and not 2 hours later.
