Shuswap Lakefront Family Cabin

This is a boat access cabin, (10 minutes by boat) across the lake from Sicamous, British Columbia.  There is a private dock and marker. This is a very quiet spot on the lake with a few other cabin owners nearby.    Amenities such as groceries, gas, liquor are easily accessible by boat.  Other interests such as, waterfalls, Indian art, the Cinnemousin Narrows, golf courses, and restaurants are close by.  We take great pride in ownership and all rental monies go back into upgrades to the cabin.

Cabin has 3 bedrooms with a loft, and a fully equipped kitchen.

·        Bedroom 1 has a double.

·        Bedroom 2 has a queen.

·        Bedroom 3 has bunks.

·        Loft has a queen and single mattress as well as a new futon.

·        3-piece bath. Hot & cold running water. The water is excellent.

·        Kitchen has fridge, cook top and well equipped for cooking and eating. There is a BBQ on the very large deck as well.

·        Kitchen table and family area makes up the rest of the cabin space.

·        The cabin gets the morning sun and late afternoon shade.

·        There is a new paddle-boat that can be used.
