Chapman Family History

A brief history of my family. I remember my relatives living in Baldwin, Ontario. We used to visit them often. I lived in northern Ontario starting with Garson then St. Charles then finally New Sudbury (1959). We lived on the edge of a swamp. Between the swamp, bush and hills I had a great childhood. Also around the Sudbury area was dad's sister Grace w/Haughton, Phyllis, Donna & Peg. They lived in Falconbridge. We visited them often until about 1960 when we lost contact. Phyllis, Donna, Peg & I connected again 48 years later in Edmonton. Also in the Sudbury area was Gwyneth w/Robert, Bobby, Gordon, Jean & Janet. We visited often as they lived in Lively.

In 1976 I finished 3 years of college, worked for 3 years at Falconbridge, married and moved to Edmonton to work for Imperial Oil. In the early 80's Shalon & Joel were born. In 1993 I worked in Pakistan for a short time for Exxon. In 2000 met the gal of my dreams, Cindy, in college, where we took American Sign Language level 1,2,3 & 4. We now live in Sherwood Park Cindy, Glen, Juliana and of course Dane. Dane is the best dog ever! Joel lives in Edmonton and Shalon lives in Waterloo, Ontario.
