Visitors can enjoy Sak Ata Wahk's peaceful isolation or the abundance of nearby regional sporting and recreational activities while staying within two and a half miles of all the Town of Slave Lake's urban amenities. Sites are large and treed to provide the utmost privacy. River and pond sites are ideal for fishing from shore or mooring your boat while enjoying other water activities.
Lesser Slave Lake, known as "The Jewel of the North", is Alberta's largest automobile-accessible lake that remains relatively free of commercial recreational development making it ideal for fishing, swimming, boating, sailing or just lying on the beach.
