Condo Policies
No smoking or pets permitted inside the
units. Three (3) night min. stay required. Cleaning fee for
stays of less than five (5) nights may apply. Rates do not include 5% gst and 10% hotel tax.
Deposit
$200.00 non-refundable deposit (via VISA or Mastercard) required at time
of booking to hold the intended dates of stay. ($500 deposit required
during Xmas/N. Years and Presidents week).
Final Payment
Non-refundable payment in full, due 60 days prior to arrival.
Accepted Forms of Payment
VISA, Mastercard, money order, certified cheque or
direct deposit.
Damage deposit
VISA or Mastercard information & signature required.
Check-in/out
Check in time 4:00pm, Check out time is 10:00am. Exceptions
may be made to check in/out times if arranged prior to arrival (depending on
availability).
