What is the HLCA?

The HLCA stands for the Heritage Lakes Community Association.

It is a volunteer group that oversees many of the activities of the Heritage Lakes community. The HLCA is actively involved with the City of St. Albert and seeks to ensure that the needs of the community are met.

It is the only community association in St. Albert.

What events are planned?

Can I volunteer?

Can I participate in the functions if I'm not a member?

Yes. The activities are a way of meeting new people and interacting with your neighbours.

Why should I buy a membership?

How much is a membership?

The cost is $20 per household per year.
