Patrick Donnelly

Patrick Donnelly was born in 1897, the son of Roger Donnelly and Margaret Elizabeth Slocum. The family moved to Clyde, when Patrick was about five years old.

On July 1, 1922 Patrick married Margaret Elizabeth MacFarlane in Jasper, Alberta. They had eight children: Patricia Elizabeth (born January 9, 1925), James William (born November 8, 1926), Francis Leo (born June 1, 1929), Thomas MacFarlane (born October 21, 1931), Mary Margaret (born July 28, 1933), Pauline Anne (born July 14, 1936), Daniel Joseph (born October 10, 1939) and Theresa Catherine (born December 30, 1941).

Donnelly family: Pauline, Daniel, Theresa, Francis, Jimmy, Patrick, Margaret, Patricia, Tommy and Mary Margaret.

Patrick and Margaret had 43 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren. Patrick died in 1982 and Margaret in 1997.
