4L batch Homo 3.5% milk.

started with the starter MA4002. Added 250ml 35% whipping cream to starter.

Added Calcium Chloride and Bio Rennet (1/4,1/4).

Creamed with milk.

New thermometer, works great :)

Drained overnight and salted with Sea Salt.

Nov 20.

Added Cambozola culture to speed up growth.

Nov 21.

Furring is progressing, some blue spots. From what I read, if its too wet then in can go blue. As long as it tastes good then I don't mind ;)

Fur has grown quickly :)

Flipped on the 23rd, furring nicely. ripening temp 9c-47F

More fur and perspiration.

Couldn't wait any longer. Totaly creamy inside, no veining that I see however their is a slight blue after taste. This is the next one im going to make again.
