PORTER'S TRAVEL SCHEDULE

                             November 3, 2009

Good day brethren.

Sorry to be so slow with the reminder but here it is.  It's the first Tuesday of the month and the day for our regular meeting.  It's a pretty important meeting tonight with several ballots, the notice of motion regarding dues and the FC degree.

Also, give your thoughts toward assisting Bro Botham who has kindly taken over the overseeing of the pot luck dinner and will certainly require some assistance on the day of the event.

Also, we are now less than a month away from the annual Kettle Drive assisting the Salvation Army.  V.W. Bro Mandrusiak  is once again tending to the lists of volunteers but I would once again ask that you consider assisting him possibly with a view to taking over the responsibility.

Unforturnately he and R.W. Bro Roper will be attending Similkameen Lodge in Princeton tonight as part of their official duties as Grand Lodge Officers.  I'm certain the W. Bro Tooley would be happy to give you guidance re the kettle should you wish to know more.

Speaking of W. Bro. Tooley, I am advised that he will be going south in January so we need someone else to memorize the entire ritual book  so as to be able to step in wherever he has LOL

I have passed on the district calendar sent to me from R.W. Bro. Nels Fraser for your use.

My thanks to W.Bro Tooley for stepping in to the J.W. 's office for tonight.  Regrettably I am still not fleet of foot to attend but hop to be back in action for the ememergent meeting.

Brian

Cheers!

Brian
