For the Love of a Friend

     Being lost in the darkness, being alone in the cold, then finding a person to give your soul to hold.   Someone to care for, someone to love, someone to die for, someone to hug.  You pick me up, when I fall, you help me walk and make me stand tall.   You make me happy when I'm down, you make me smile when I frown.  When I cry you sooth my tears.   When I'm scared,  you sooth my fears.  Forever and always you should know, all my love, I could never show.   All of my thanks, all of my praise, I am in debt for the rest of my days.  Thank you for loving, for just being there.  You will never understand, how much I care.  Forever and ever without end, I shall always cherish, my dearest friend.
