Innisfree has a population of 250 with a surrounding rural population of approximately 1,250.

We offer a progressive school teaching kindergarten through grade 12.

Innisfree is a very active community, featuring social clubs, 4-H, riding arena for equestrian activities, Ukrainian Dancing, Senior's Centre and Hall, Churches, Curling Club, Skating & Ice Activities, Tennis Courts, and the Innisfree & District Fish & Game club.
