Peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, welcomed into the arms of God and her Grandpa Lorne, on Sunday, January 18, 2004. Amy was born on March 5, 1982, a special gift and beloved daughter of Paul and Gail. Devoted older sister of Erin and Kevin. She will be cherished always by Grandma Adrienne, Grandma Jean and Grandpa Les. Amy will remain forever in the hearts of her aunts, uncles and cousins and many wonderful friends. Amy lived and loved every minute of her life to the fullest. Remembered always for her compassion and care, her love of family and friends, her love of music, her sparkling blue eyes, "that smile" and her funny little laugh. Her strength and courage continue to be an inspiration to all of us. Cremation has taken place. Visitation at SMITH’S FUNERAL HOME 1167 Guelph Line, (one stoplight north of QEW) BURLINGTON (905 632- 3333), Wednesday 3-5 and 7-9 pm. Service in celebration of Amy’s life at Wellington Square United Church, 2121 Caroline Street, Burlington on Thursday, January 22, 2004 at 2 pm. Donations to the Children’s Wish Foundation or the Carpenter Hospice in Burlington would be greatly appreciated by the family."
