Wood Hobby Shop

The Wood Hobby Shop, located at 4 Wing Cold Lake, is open to both civilian and military members and is proud to be considered among the best in the CF.

It has a wide array of equipment available for use that makes it an ideal club for the serious carpenter, right down to wood crafters or beginners.

As well, there are work stations to accommodate up to 10 workers at one time.

The Club also provides wood sales for its members at prices that rival the lumber stores.

The Club regularly stocks oak, maple, pine, cedar, and cherry in its inventory.

Some of the equipment in its inventory are as follows:

2 industrial planers

jointer

shaper

spindle sander

2 table saws

2 radial arm saws

3 drill presses

band saw and surface sander

mortising machine
