Cold Lake Wrestling Club


	The Cold Lake Wrestling Club offers both Freestyle and Greco Roman Wrestling at the JJ Parr in the mini-gym. Program is running on Saturdays from 9am to 12pm.

	Who can participate?
	Males and females aged 10 yrs to adult.

	Cost
	$15/person with a valid community card.

	Clothing
	We ask anyone coming to practice to wear either wrestling shoes or clean indoor runners. No zippers, jewellery, metal hair clips, or jeans may be worn. We also suggest bringing along a water bottle

	Headcoach: Joseph Cull
	Fully certified NCCP Level 3 coach, just finishing NCCP Level 4 certification. Current Canadian Forces Team Coach. Joseph moved to Cold Lake in 2003 from Nova Scotia, coached for 10 yrs in the following areas: elementary junior high senior high private club *beginners to world level wrestlers Joseph also served on the Nova Scotia Provincial Board as Vice President and 1997 Canada Games Manager.
	Assistant/Administrator: Sheri Cull
	Sheri has assisted in all aspects from physical training, coaching, registration, fundraising, travel organizing for 10 yrs. She also served on the Nova Scotia Provincial Board as Women's Representative, Treasurer, and Registrant.
