Horseback riding for beginners to advanced riders in the scenic Rockies in S Alberta. Join expert guide Mike Judd with his experienced and intelligent horses in the Castle Mountain Wilderness area just NW of Waterton National Park in SW Alberta.  Tour the rolling foothills at his ranch for a day ride or head into back country on custom multiday trips.  You will experience a true western adventure!

  Mike Judd has been guiding in the Rockies for over 34 years.  Ride from his ranch just northwest of Waterton Lakes National Park on daytrips or arrange an overnight stay either at the cottage at the ranch or at basecamp in the South Castle.  Mike is also an artist and will happily include your group on pleinair painting trips that combine horseback riding and painting in the wilderness.
