NEW, CANADIAN BDX INC. Swaged Match Grade
Bullets, Made in Alberta.
(Note, Lead, Lead Alloy, Antimonial
Lead,
and Tin are at record levels and will go up again this fall.
currently the cost of non-ferrus industrial metals are at a premium
and make up over 70% of the bullet cost)
Due to the huge costs of HBWC lead bullets from USA, ($89.00/M
USD) with permits, freight, and limited availability, we've acquired
the machinery and equipment to put these bullets into production, right
here in Alberta. We've started production today, and will soon be
able to make a variety of bullets for the Match Pistol Shooter, and
Cowboy Shooter. Each bullet is pressed in our 30 ton highspeed
Production Machines.
Some our lead bullets
are
lubed with our "Diamond Coat lube Process". With this process,
we
have small diamonds covering the entire straights of each bullet. Each
of these diamonds hold a micro amount of our 212 F. wax lube, which
gives
shooters: 1) clean bullet to handle and load, 2) more uniform bullet,
3)
no chance of a partially filled lube groove, 4) Match grade quality, 5)
Match bullet which shoots virtually free of bore fowl not like many
swaged
bullets.
Others are Moly coated,
and soon Baked Moly lube coating, once our production convection oven
arrives.
Second Generation will come soon, with a rolled lube ring, and Alox
lube, with our Motor Mica additive for added quality to the user, with
less firearm maintenance/cleaning.
