At Chesla Farms we have a down-home, family-oriented environment. We feed organically. We do not spray our fields that are used for grazing. We provide all water to waterers from a natural well, not city water.
We work hard to ensure the safety and good health of your horse. All boarders have access to all of our facility, a heated barn, indoor 85 X 110 riding arena, outside riding arena, several round pens, and storage area for your tack, if desired.
We have 120 acres for you to ride on.
Our current long-time boarders try to attend all local fundraisers and day-trips so you can always find something to do, or someone to ride with.
We care for all our boarded horses like they were our own.

Hi Deb and Walter,
i just wanted to let you guys know just how much we love boarding with you.
it is such a great feeling to know we are boarding with wonderful people
who treat and look after our horses so well. we cannot express enough the
peace of mind we have (especially in this weather) knowing the horses are
well fed and checked on daily. you both are wonderful people and are always
there to help and answer questions. finding a facility like yours with the
friendly, stress free atmosphere is almost impossible. if there were more
genuine people out there like you the boarding industry would be a better
place. thank you again for all that you do for us and our horses.

From Susan......
A year or so ago when I started lessons with Holly, I was afraid and had no confidence. The first while was spent getting me and my horse to work together. This year, in January, I made a New Year's resolution that I would lope across the fields with my friend, Debbie. Most of my New Year's resolutions fail in the first couple of weeks! This time Holly worked with me and every lesson I gained more of my confidence. Over the summer my work with my horse improved and I learned to breathe and follow directions from my trainer.
The day we went out for a trail ride across the fields was amazing. My horse and I knew what to expect from each other and we loped. Taz, my horse, was a gentleman and together we looked like we knew exactly what we were doing. It was exhilarating and I wanted to keep on loping. Thanks to Holly, my trainer, I can now experience the freedom of confidently riding both in the arena and on the trail.
Next year, I want to enter some local shows and have even more fun.I will let you know how that goes.
