RELEASE POLICY

WEATHER

          A refund will be given (less $50 deposit) should weather conditions put the doves at peril upon release. Our Doves can not be flown less than two hours before dark or if there is thunder, lightning, heavy rains, high winds, fog or snow.

DELAYS

          The release will be cancelled with no refund if the event is delayed and dusk approaches. Doves can not fly home at night. Our arrival at an event will be at least half an hour prior to a scheduled release and we allow half an hour for delays. If there is a delay beyond this time there is a $30 per hour or part charge payable at time of release.

PHOTOGRAPHS

          For advertising purposes we may have a photographer present to take pictures of the release. In signing of the booking form you agree to allow us to use any photos we take for our advertising. We will provide you with one of any photo you ask for. We will hold exclusive rights to the photos and will not sell them to any third party. We will work closely with your photographer to help ensure decent photos of the release are taken.

DIRECTIONS

          Please include directions when paying the balance due after deposit.    

WE WILL DRESS UP FOR THE OCCASION

Our release technicians will always be dressed appropriately for the occasion.
