HOHM -- Eric Verner of Ladner passed away Februry 3rd, 2001 at Delta Hospital. Born in Leitzen, Germany on May 29, 1925. Eric will always be lovingly remembered by his wife Agnes, daughters Louise (Lee and Dave Plett) and Martha (Hank Vestering), grandchildren Laura, Sheryl, Debbit, Sandi and Mike, and 6 great grandchildren. Eric was a WWII veteran. Funeral Service will be held at the Delta Funeral Home, 5329 Ladner Trunk Rd., Delta, on Friday, February 9th at 11:00 a.m. Reception following. HOHM, Agnes Agnes Hohm, of Surrey passed away March 7, 2012 at Suncreek Village. Predeceased by her husband, Eric in 2001. Born In Vancouver on July 7, 1928, Agnes will always be lovingly remembered by her daughter, Lee (Dave Plett); grandchildren, Mike (Samantha Plett), Laura (Marco Baratta) and Sheryl (Koji Sato); great-grandsons, James, Evan, Kazuo and Caden. The service will be held at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 3789 Royal Oak Avenue, Burnaby on March 15 at 10:30 a.m. Reception to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
