Obituary:
GESI, MARY of Vancouver, B.C. passed away on June 6, 2002, age 94 years. Predeceased by her husband George in 1980 and her daughter Kay in 1988. Survived by her son-in-law George; grandchildren, Michael (Sandra), Adele, Anne and John; great grandchildren, Melanie (Thomas), Derek and Kevin; great grandchildren, Samanthan and Dylan; step children, Hans and Helene, both in Germany. Visitation for friends and family Monday, June 10th between 7:00 pm and 8:00 pm at Hamilton Harron Funeral Centre, 5390 Fraser Street (38th Ave.). Funeral service Tuesday, June 11th at 11:00 am at Martin Luther Church, 505 East 45th Ave., Vancouver, B.C. Pastor Adolf Manz officiating. Special Thanks to the staff and the Canadian German Care Home, Emergency Service Personnel and the Vancouver Genral Hospital for the loving care extended to our Oma.
