DEUTSCH - John was born on June 22,1914 in Sokolovac, Croatia and passed away on Monday August 19, 2002 at the Holy Family Hospital at 88 years of age. He Is survived by his loving wife Ana; 3 children Emma (Joe) Kalamar, Frank (Gisela) and Tony (Branka); 5 grandchildren Tibor, Fred, Dean, Ryan and Erik; 4 great-grandchildren Viktor, Vile, Paula and Ani; and 1 sister Teresa Sitter. Prayers will be offered on Wednesday August 21, 2002 at 8pm from the Immaculate Heart of Mary (Croatian Church) 3105 E. 1st Avenue, Vancouver, BC where Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, August 22, 2002 at 10am. Burial to follow at Ocean View Burial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Diabetic Association would be appreciated. |
