KICHLER - Joseph Kichler, beloved husband of Mavis, passed away at the Fernie District Hospital on Monday, April 16, 2001, at the age of 71 years. Leaving behind to mourn his passing and celebrate his life are his wife Mavis, three children, Karen Mitchell, Deb (Kim) Sedrovic and Joe (Kathy) Kichler, five grandchildren, Stacey, Devon, Chelsea, Cori and Travis as well as brother Rudy Kichler. A Funeral Service celebrating Joseph's life was held at Cherished Memories Funeral Home "Serenity Chapel" on Thursday, April 19, 2001 with Pastor Paul Botolfson officiating. Interment followed at St. Margaret's Cemetery.
