WERTSCHEK - John on July 11th, 1997 peacefully at home, beloved husband of Eva and beloved father of John and Rosemarie. He loved God, his family and justice. He cared for, and enjoyed the company of his many relatives and friends. He was an idealist and man of hard work. Born June 17, 1918 in Babinagora, Croatia. Prayers will be held Tuesday, July 15th at 7 p.m. at Holy Rosary Cathedral, 646 Richards Street at Dunsmuir where Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesay; July 16th at 10 a.m. with interment following at the Gardens of Gethsemani, 15800 - 32nd Avenue, Surey.
