Hauzer, Keane Alton
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Keane Alton Hauzer on Friday, December 12th. At just 24 years old, Keane was a much loved son, brother, and friend. He leaves behind his parents Frank and Christa, sister Melissa and brothers Neal and Skye, his long-time girlfriend Jennah, and many family members and friends. Born and raised in Maple Ridge, Keane graduated with his friends from MRSS in 2002. Keane was always looking ahead; he was focused and meticulous in anything he undertook. When he wasn’t taking care of that very red, very shiny mustang, he happily spent time with his girlfriend, his family and his close friends. Yogi, as he was often known, was a kind and gentle guy with a great sense of humor. He was appreciative of life and its many possibilities. As we struggle to cope with the loss of someone so young and so full of potential, we acknowledge what a gift Keane was in our lives. Keane, we miss you more than you can ever know. Always loved….never forgotten….now in God’s hands. A service for Keane will be held at St. Andrew’s church in Maple Ridge at 1pm on Sunday, December 21st. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation (food, money, or clothes) to the Salvation Army Mountain View Community Church on Lougheed Hwy in Maple Ridge.
