SCHMIDT Martin Born on April 13, 1918 in Nasicka Breznica formerly Yugoslavia; passed away in Kelowna after a brief illness, on April 7, 2009. He is survived by his wife of 71 years Mary, his children Peter and Adam Schmidt, Rosemary Girard and Katarina Hebold, his grandchildren Bradley, Jason, Marty, Marie, Kimberley, Jason, Wayne, and Ira. His great-grandchildren Mary, Nick, Rylan, Brody, Mary, Bethany and Lane. Dad you will be missed. Prayers will be held Thursday, April 16th at 6pm at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, 22587 - 121 Ave., Maple Ridge. Funeral Mass will be Friday, April 17th at 12 noon at St. Patrick's.
