KRONSTEIN
THERESA KRONSTEIN beloved wife of Peter Kronstein of Taber, passed away on Sunday, November 24th, 1985 at the age of 82 years. Born on October 9th, 1903 to Joseph and Maria Esterreicher. Theresa immigrated to Canada in June of 1926 arriving in Kitchener, Ontario. Peter and Teresa then moved to Winnipeg, Regina and finally settled in Taber in 1936 where they have resided until the time of her passing. Theresa is survived by her loving husband Peter and daughter, Mary Cseke; three grandsons, Peter Cseke, Tom (Irene) Cseke of Taber, Richard (Anne) Cseke, of Airdrie; one granddaughter, Linda (Kim) Jaque of Taber; five great-grandchildren Kevin and Heather Cseke of Taber, Tyler, Logan and Colby Cseke of Airdrie. She is survived by four brothers, Tony Esterreicher of Germany, Joseph (Katie) Esterreicher of Detroit, USA, Peter (Mary) Esterreicher and George (Regina) Esterreicher of Vancouver, B.C. and numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by three brothers and two sisters. Friends may meet for prayers in Reardon's Southland Chapel on Tuesday, November 26th at 8 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. Augustine's Catholic Church on Wednesday, November 27th at 10:30 a.m. with Father Larry Bagnall celebrant. Interment to follow in the Taber Memorial Garden. Arrangements in care of Reardon's SOUTHLAND FUNERAL CHAPEL, Taber.

Mr. Peter Kronstein, beloved husband of the late Theresa Kronstein passed away at the Taber Hospital Continuing Care Unit on Monday, April 22, 1996 at the age of 95 years. Peter was born in Sokolovac, Yugoslavia on June 24, 1900. On April 29, 1921, he married Theresa Esterreicher in Sokolovac. Peter had immigrated to Canada in 1925 and was later joined by the arrival of his wife Theresa in 1926. The couple first settled in Kitchener, Ontario, then resided in Winnipeg, Manitoba before moving to Regina, Saskatchewan. It was in 196 that they moved to Taber and Peter began working in the Cannery in 1939 until his retirement in 1965.

He is survived by his daughter Mary Cseke of Taber, four grandchildren, Peter (Imogene) of Taber, Tom (Irene) of Taber, Richard (Anne) of Lethbridge and Linda Cseke of Taber, eight great-grandchildren, Cindy and family of Lethbridge, Candy of Calgary, Chris and family of Calgary, Heather of Taber, Tyler, Logan, Colby and Rennie, all of Lethbridge, one brother, Tony of Vancouver, B.C. as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Peter was predeceased by his wife Theresa, five sisters and four brothers, a son-in-law Alex Cseke, and a great-grandson, Kevin Cseke.

Prayer Services will be held at the Southland Funeral Chapel, (5006-48th Ave.) Taber, Alberta on Thursday, April 25, 1996 at 7:00 pm. The Funeral Service will be held at St. Augustine's Catholic Church, (5009-4ith Ave.) Taber, Alberta, on Friday April 26, 1996 at 10:30 am with Rev. Father David Meadows officiating. Interment will follow in the Taber Memorial Garden.
